• Al least a bachelor’s degree in business administration, liberal arts or a specialized area in finance
• A master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
• Certifications as an accountant or in financial planning and reporting
• Post graduate education amounting to six years or more
• Five to ten years or experience in a mid- to senior level finance or accounting position
• Knowledgeable in accounting, finance, budgeting, cost control principles and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Knowledgeable in automated financial and accounting reporting systems
• Working knowledge in short term and long term forecasting, financial planning and profit analysis.
